Gaia Metals $600,000 private placement – Gaia Metals Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to $600,000.
The company will issue up to 8,571,428 units at a price of seven cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire additional one common share at an exercise price of nine cents in year 1, 15 cents in year 2 and 20 cents in year 3.
